The Problem
Your systems have the data. They just don't work together.
Transportation companies operate across a growing list of specialized platforms. Each one captures valuable operational data — but that data stays locked inside each system.
A status in one system may matter only when combined with information from another. Our platform gives you a way to connect those systems and define what should happen when the combined data tells you something important.
Common systems in a transportation operation:
How It Works
From disconnected systems to operational clarity.
A four-step framework that turns your existing vendor data into actionable workflows.
Connect your systems
Bring data in from your transportation and operational vendors through their APIs. Configure endpoints, authenticate connections, and discover available fields — no custom integration code required.
Make the data usable
Extract fields, clean values, transform formats, and standardize data without building custom scripts. A visual node-based builder lets your operations team define exactly what matters.
Bring context together
Use values from one system to find related information in another and merge the results into one operational view. Combine telematics activity with TMS load data in a single workflow.
Know when something matters
Create conditions, exports, and alerts so the right people receive the right information when action is needed. Stop chasing data across systems — let the platform surface what matters.
Real-World Example
From disconnected data to an actionable alert.
Status mismatch alert
A driver departs a delivery location. The platform detects the departure event from the telematics system and automatically finds the load number in the driver's document record.
It looks up the load in the TMS and checks its current status. If the driver has departed but the TMS still shows the load at the delivery stop, the platform conditions match and operations receives an alert.
Alert sent to operations
Load: #TRK-4821
Driver: departed 14:32
TMS Status: still at delivery
Stop: Chicago — Dock 7

Visibility
See exactly what your workflow is doing.
Test workflows before putting them into production. Follow data through each node and inspect the input, transformation, lookup results, conditions, and final output.
- Node-by-node data inspection
- Input and output views at each step
- Workflow testing before going live
- Error visibility and failure reasons
- Record counts at every stage
- Enrichment and lookup results
- Final notification preview

Use Cases
Built for the work transportation teams actually do.
Common workflows configured and running on the platform today.
Exception Monitoring
Alert operations when information in two systems doesn't match — before exceptions become problems.
Document Monitoring
Detect missing documents, incomplete fields, OS&D responses, detention information, and other exceptions.
TMS + Telematics
Combine driver or vehicle activity with load information from the TMS to surface operational status in one place.
Automated Data Exports
Transform and prepare operational data for downstream reporting or other systems without manual intervention.
Detention Monitoring
Compare arrival and departure data across systems to surface potential detention events automatically.
Status Mismatch
Identify when one system reports a different operational state than another and notify the right team.
Integrations
Built to work with the systems you already use.
Connect any supported vendor that exposes an API. Configure the endpoint, discover available fields, and use those fields throughout your workflows.
